House is great so many things to list - The furnishings, furniture, sheets, towels etc and coffee maker way a vacation in itself for those that drank coffee. The instant hot on bathrooms for hot water was fast and efficient. The TVs were all great size and nice to have them in all rooms. The computer in kitchen was great to access weather email and have group see daily photos. The dock was great and when there was no wind at house it provided a nice retreat. The Flat Stalker, kayak and car were all used and appreciated.
You made a good choice when you picked Mike Carter to handle management. He is a 10. He provided us with a great house cleaner that we had come in 3 times during the week and a masseuse along with some pedicure/manicure gals that were able to make a house call for some of our guest. He was available and even came to house whenever we had problem or questions.

This must be your guest book. I really felt I needed to tell you the owner how much we enjoyed ourselves here. You have done an amazing job building this house. I came here for my 50th birthday with my husband and my kids, they are 22 and 19 years old. I have rented a lot of houses and yours is definitely one of the best. I loved the sheets and great towels, you are very generous with your good taste. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place in paradise.

Our family had a wonderful week at Roatan Casa. This place was wonderfully thought out and comes together like a huge jigsaw puzzle. The details from the simulated outdoor rock shower to the great feeling of the pool, it was a great place to hang out & relax. Cheers also go out to Roatan Life. They’re a great member to have on your team and helped take care of the house as well as help us fill out a great schedule of activities that we will always remember. The third part of our puzzle were the people of Roatan. From any place that’s financially challenged, I’ve never felt so safe. Their helpfulness and smiling attitudes really set them apart in our travels. So this triple play made this vacation a Home Run and I can truly say it was Wonderful! All our best!

What a truly beautiful home. We have been having a great time. Like said before the sheets are great as well as the towels. If we can add a few suggestions to make it even Better for others here are a few – it took 2 plus hours to dry 2 Beach towels. With wanted to conserve on Electric a large washer/dryer would be the way to go. Had we not done our own I don’t see how the maid could get the house ready for guests the same day you depart. Kitchen its wonderful to have a computer, coffee maker & Blender all done so nice. We were very challenged with the Pots & utensils. Having a few new Teflon fry pans with rubber utensils might make it easier for the next guest. Adding many ice trays would be great. We spent lots of time cracking trays.
Susan is a great chef. She was so easy to talk with & made a great Dinner for us.
We are divers & dove from a private boat w/captain we rented. We loved the reefs here. It would have made it a lot easier to have a large cart on wheels to get all that gear down the peir. Just a Idea.
We would love to come again to Roatan & would stay at Roatan Casa again. Great job on the House. You have great taste.

NOTE: After this guest checked out, the dryer exhaust was found to be clogged and has since been repaired. Additional Teflon pots and pans have been purchased along with rubber utensils and 6 additional ice cube trays. The house is also being equipped with a whole house water filtration system so that an electric ice cube maker may be added to the freezer. The grounds keepers have also been asked to help guests with hauling gear to the dock upon request.

We knew from the website that the house was special, but it was fun seeing the reaction of our grown sons & friends (ages 29, 23, 28). They were blown away by all the amenities and we have had a great time enjoying them all this past week.
What a treat just to sit on the back porch overlooking the pool and the ocean. Right now a rain storm has blown in and it’s wonderful to watch from our vantage point. The guys are taking pics using the water proof camera.
Since the house has provided so many comforts we have had the luxury of a low-key relaxed vacation which is exactly what we were looking forward to. Thank you!

Thank you for this beautiful refuge! We enjoyed the relaxing pool, our kids never took a shower the whole time we were here. Between going to the reef and the pool I don’t think they got out of the water except to eat.
We explored the nearby cities of Coxen Hole, French Harbor, West End and West Bay and found our accommodations fit for a King. The kitchen was just like home! With every amenity and more ie… blender and coffee maker.
We bought fish and shrimp from Coxen Hole and ate like princes and princesses.
The showers are terrific too, with plenty of towels and soap dispenser. And of course… there is the reef. There is no need to scuba when you have that magnificent bed of coral step away from the dock. We went every day. We even swam all the way out there searching for shells, sand dollars and conch. We saw trumpet fish, ells, starfish and every kind of corals. Amazing.
The only draw back to your island oasis is the bugs. But if you got rid of them I think it would become another Cancun. And when you have a house like this to retreat to, they are tolerable.

Beautiful home, beautiful island, beautiful people! We have traveled extensively in the Caribbean and Roatan Casa ranks at the top! The house is beautifully appointed & the extras a la the underwater camera are a special touch. Many kudos to Roatan Life – especially Jonathan who made the trip back to the airport to retrieve the wayward luggage. The absolute attention to every detail by the entire staff at Roatan Life has been the icing on the cake. The only suggestion we have is to get some tiki torches or one of those “bug zappers” from Frontgate. The bugs were vicious! Otherwise, our week was terrific! Thanks!!!

I'm not sure I have enough characters to give praise to all at R Life, Jonathan, Jaime, Mike, Liz, and even Allen were simply wonderful. We have never had such a great experience with management staff. They are worth every penny!!!

The house is grand, as is the island. Endless natural beauty both above ocean and below. We all absolutely loved this place and will keep it in our hearts and minds forever. Thank you for your generosity in renting out this beautiful home. I especially loved the high ceilings and ocean views.
